2013 DENVER WINTERFEST CLASSIC IS ON FEBRUARY 22, 23, AND 24TH OF 2013.

The Colorado Gymnastics community was saddened by the death of their young, talented gymnast, Paige Smith. Paige, along with her parents, died in a small plane accident in Wyoming. The family was en route to Sacramento State University in California, where Paige had received a gymnastics scholarship.
Paige participated in high school gymnastics and also attended Colorado Gymnastics Institute. She was the Class II State Champion and qualified to Level 9 Regionals several consecutive years.
Gymnasts and coaches at CGI agree that Paige was a beautiful person inside and out. She was loved by all who knew her. The Denver Winterfest Classic is dedicated to the memory of this very special person.
