Competitive Program for Women 
USAG-Junior Olympic Levels 4 thru 10 

CGI offers a successful and reputable women's competitive team program for USAG levels 4 - 10.  CGI strives to provide our team members with a mentally healthy and physically challenging environment that allows each athlete to reach her highest level of performance in the sport of gymnastics.  CGI team members actively participate in a weekly mental skills training program provided by Gail Royce.  Gail's program helps our athletes develop mental toughness, focus and recovery plans, all of which are needed to enhance athletic performance.  CGI has trained many athletes to exceptional levels, providing them with the opportunity to receive college scholarships.  

EAGLES COMPETITIVE PROGRAM

CGI is proud to be a part of Colorado EAGLES.  The purpose of this league is to provide a low pressure environment and a positive meet experience to those girls competing in this program who are beginner competitive gymnasts.  This program is desgined to be lower in cost than other programs and require fewer training hours per week.
